General Return Policy

  • Eligibility for Returns: You can return most of our products within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided the item is:
    • Unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
    • Not marked as non-returnable (see exclusions below).
    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Exclusions from Return Policy

Certain products cannot be returned due to hygiene or safety reasons. These include:

  • Customised or personalised products.
  • Clearance or sale items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

Conditions for Returning Items

To ensure a smooth return process, please ensure that the product:

  • Is in its original condition and packaging.
  • Includes all accessories, manuals, and any free gifts or promotional items.
  • Has not been used, altered, or damaged after receipt.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

  • Refunds for Faulty Items: If your item is defective or damaged on arrival, we will issue a full refund, including shipping costs. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item for a hassle-free return.
  • Refunds for Non-Faulty Items: If you simply change your mind or no longer want the item, you will receive a refund for the product price only. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product, please contact us to arrange a return and purchase of the new product. We will assist you with the exchange process.

  • Exchanges Due to Defects: If the product is faulty, we will replace the item at no additional cost to you, and we will cover the return shipping.
  • Exchanges for Different Products: If you wish to exchange for a different product, the new product will be subject to availability. You will be responsible for shipping costs related to the return and exchange process.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Faulty or Damaged Items: If your product is damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
  • Non-Faulty Returns: For items returned due to change of mind, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for the return to ensure that the item reaches us safely.
  • Restocking Fee: In some cases, a restocking fee may apply to returned items. This will be clearly stated in the return authorisation process if applicable.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled if they have not been processed or shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled. You may return the product under the standard return policy after receiving it.

Faulty or Damaged Products

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please:
