Shipping Locations We currently ship to Australia and select international destinations. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact our customer service team.
Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 2-5 business days
Depending on product availability, processing times may vary. Once your order is processed, we will send you a tracking number
for your shipment.
Please note that due to high demand or seasonal volume, processing times may be slightly longer, but we will keep you informed of any significant delays.

Please note that tracking information may take up to 24-48 hours to update in the system. If tracking information is unavailable, please allow a few extra days for updates.
Delivery Issues We strive to ensure that your order arrives on time. However, delays may occur due to customs processing, postal service issues, or other unforeseen factors.
Missing Packages: If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us within
60 days of placing your order. We will investigate the issue and assist in resolving it by providing a refund or replacement, as applicable.
Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by providing a replacement or a refund.
Customs and Duties (International Orders)
For international orders, you may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees depending on your country's regulations. These charges are not included in the price of the product or the shipping fees and will be your responsibility to pay directly to the customs authority or delivery carrier.
